Warranty Policy
  • Zozohub will not be responsible for any data loss because of repairs made on your machines.
  • Please refer to the list of accessories included with the machines; ZOZOHUB will not be held liable for any items not included on the job card.
  • All products returned for repair will incur a service fee that must be declared at the time of deposit. emergency repair fees will be charged as needed.
  • All ASUS laptops come with a two-year international guarantee and a one-year warranty on the battery and adaptor. the warranty duration for other ASUS components, such as motherboards, routers, and other items, will be 18 months.
  • Every cooler master product comes with a one-year replacement warranty, except for power supplies, which have a two-year warranty.
  • Similarly, transcend, Optoma, and Rapoo merchandise are included beneath Neath 1 year substitute assurance for all merchandise.
  • In case there is loss or damage to customers’ machines due to unforeseen circumstances, Zozohub’s liability is limited to 50% of the total value.
  • All disputes must be settled in amicable manner, Zozohub shall not be liable for any financial or other damages, and Zozohub's liability shall be limited to this agreement.
  • If a client chooses to use zozohub's services, they are bound by all of the terms and conditions listed above.
